Order 订单 

Please check carefully your [ Product - Type;Color;Size;Quantity] and [Personal Information - Name;Phone No;Location ] was correct before submit/completed your order, When your order was created will can't be change/cancel/refund/exchange. 请在完成订单、付款前确保您下单的【商品 - 款式;颜色;尺码;数量】以及【个人资料 - 名字;手机号;地址】是正确的,一旦您已确认订单后之后将没办法做任何修改。此情况不接受取消订单/退款/更换。


Order Status 订单状况

Ready stock order will be processed and packaged within 2-5 days after payment is comfirmed (processed/packing time will be affected in case of explosive orders). Pre-order ship time are not clear, you can consult our customer service about the estimated shipping time of [X product] before placing an order, and then decide whether to place an order. 现货订单将在确认付款后的2-5天内处理、打包 (遇上爆单时期会影响出货时间) 。预购款式发货时间不明确,您可以在下单前先向客服咨询 [某商品] 的预计发货时间,再决定是否下单。


Self Pick Up 自取

Location 地址: Miss.C Boutique, Level 2 , Lot 47 Block D1 Bdc Saradise 93350 Kuching Sarawak.

Bussiness Hour 营业时间: Monday-Sunday 10am-9pm

Please check your order status to make sure your order is 'fulfilled' before you come to pick up the order , 'fulfilled' means your order is ready for pick up.请在来取货之前查看你的订单状况确保是‘‘已出货’’‘‘已出货’’代表您的订单已准备就绪。

You need to tell our staff your order number Ex #1234. 取货时需告诉客服您的订单编号 例#1234

Please check the goods within 3 days after receiving the goods ; if more than 3 days we are not responsible for defective/missing goods (If there are is a problem with the order, please attach the order receipt and contact our customer service as soon as posible. 收到货物后请在3天内检查货物 ;如超过3天我们一概不负责瑕疵/缺少货物(有问题的订单需附上订单单据在第一时间内联系客服)

Notes 注意⚠️If the order does not show 'fulfilled' , please do not come to our store to pick up the order,  because our staff may not ready your order, and you may run in vain. 在订单未显示‘‘已出货’’ 的状况下,请不要来我们的门市取货,因为我们的客服可能还没准备好您的订单,您可能白跑一趟。


Delivery 发货

Order will generally be dispatched on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, excluding Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday. 订单一般将于周1/周2/周4/周5发出,不包括周六/周日/公共假期。

We reserve the right to refuse your request for [combined order] once your package was packed and ready to ship. Sorry for any inconvenience. 在我们打包好您的包裹并准备发出时,我们有权拒绝您要求的[拼单] 服务。如有不便请见谅。

Pos order can be kept for 2 weeks; in case of 'special situation' such as insufficient warehouse space, our customer service will contact you to ask you ship out your parcel as soon as possible. 邮寄订单最迟可保留两个星期;若遇上‘特殊情况’ 例如仓库空间不足,小助理会联系您让你赶紧寄出您的包裹。

We're using GD Express to ship.Shipping fees will be calculated automatically when you check out based on weight of product & country. 邮寄我们将会使用GD Express发货。邮费将会在您结账时自动依据商品件数及地区计算。


Out of stock 缺货问题

Out of stock problems caused by defective/damaged/inventory error/manual error/manufacturer wrong send/etc. occur from time to time.We will try our best to reduce the problems but it is often unavoidable. If you encounter this situation , can exchange/refund. The condiotion of product cannot be 100% accurate, we hope you can understand and accept this factor. 商品有缺陷/损坏/库存出错/人工出错/厂家少发/发错款/ 等导致的缺货问题时有发生,我们都会尽量降低缺货问题 但时常无法避免,若遇上此情况可进行换款/换色/退款 产品的状况无法百分百精准,希望您能够谅解以及接受此因素发生。
